- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp garlic aioli
- 6 morningstar vegetarian bacon strips, crispy
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 2 slices sliced tomato
Instructions
- Crisp the desired number of bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat, flipping halfway through to ensure both sides are crispy.
- Lightly toast the bread slices and spread garlic aioli on the inside of both pieces.
- Layer the crispy bacon strips, lettuce, and tomato slices inside the bread.
Notes
Feel free to add more vegetables like avocado or cucumber for extra flavor.
The garlic aioli can be replaced with mayo or any other preferred spread.
For extra crunch, consider adding pickles or jalapenos.
