- 1 cup (267g) peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup (100g) reese’s pieces
- 1 cup (136g) finely chopped reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two cookie sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, egg, sugars, and baking soda until well incorporated. You can mix by hand or use a mixer.
- Stir in the Reese's Pieces and finely chopped peanut butter cups into the mixture.
- Using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, place balls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheets and gently flatten each cookie with a fork.
- Bake cookies for 8 minutes and let them cool for 15 minutes before transferring them from the sheets.
Notes
Be cautious when handling cookies as they can be crumbly.
For added stability, consider using baking soda in the mixture.
