- 2 1/2 pounds pork country style boneless ribs
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves no sugar added preferred
Instructions
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker.
- Combine BBQ sauce with apricot preserves until well mixed.
- Pour half of the BBQ sauce mixture over the ribs, reserving the other half for later use.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook the ribs on low for 8 hours until fully cooked through.
- Before serving, brush the remaining sauce over the ribs.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the sauce overnight before cooking.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by using regular apricot preserves if preferred.
Serve with coleslaw or cornbread for a complete meal.
