Instructions
- Place the beef in the slow cooker and toss with flour and seasoning to coat evenly.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, butter, and beef broth; stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours until the meat is tender.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free flour.
Feel free to substitute bison for beef for a different flavor profile.
