Ingredients

  • 2 ½ Cups Coffee, Fresh Brewed
  • 3 Cups Kahlua
  • 6 Ounces Triple Sec Syrup
  • 6 Ounces Dark Rum
  • Granulated Sugar for Dipping
  • Lemon or Orange Slices
  • Optional Toppings: Whipped Cream, Cinnamon or Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine coffee, Kahlua, triple sec, and dark rum in a crockpot.
  2. Set the crockpot to low and cook for 2 hours until warmed through.
  3. Prepare your sugar-rimmed cups by rubbing a lemon slice on the rim.
  4. Dip each cup's rim into granulated sugar to coat.
  5. Burn the sugar on the rim using a kitchen torch, ensuring even heating.
  6. Pour the hot coffee mixture into the prepared cups and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

For best flavor, whip cream to soft peaks.
Using triple sec liqueur can enhance the drink’s kick.
Use tempered glass to avoid cracking when burning sugar.
