  • 24 oz frozen shrimp peeled, deveined (tail-off optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter sliced into 4 pieces
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • cooked angel hair pasta or bread

Instructions

  1. Place shrimp, olive oil, butter, white wine, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes into the slow cooker.
  2. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high until shrimp reaches 145 ℉, approximately 2 hours.
  3. Drizzle lemon juice over the cooked shrimp and stir gently.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
  5. Serve over angel hair pasta or with freshly baked bread.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes according to taste.
Fresh parsley adds a burst of flavor and color to your dish.
