Ingredients

- 1 ½ lbs. cubed steak, about 6 pieces
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 oz. brown gravy mix, two 1 oz. packets
- 21 oz. condensed golden mushroom soup, two 10.5 oz. cans
- 1 ½ cup beef stock, or water
- parsley for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Place the cubed steak in the slow cooker.
- Add the onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, and condensed mushroom soup over the steak.
- Pour the beef stock over all the ingredients and lightly mix everything together.
- Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6-7 hours until tender.
- Stir carefully and serve over your choice of egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and enjoy!
Notes
You can adjust the amount of cubed steak based on your needs (up to 2 lbs).
For a thicker sauce, you can add a cornstarch slurry during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
