- 1 cup caesar dressing
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the liner of a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper and onion powder over the chicken, ensuring both sides are covered.
- Pour in the caesar dressing and chicken broth.
- Sprinkle grated or shredded parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- After cooking, shred the chicken with two forks and serve.
Notes
You can substitute lemon pepper with 1 tsp. garlic powder and ½ tsp. black pepper if needed.
This dish pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or pasta.
