- 1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. salted butter, melted
- 2 cups blueberries, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp. sugar
Instructions
- Lightly coat your slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the milk, vanilla, and melted butter gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter evenly into the slow cooker.
- Top evenly with the blueberries, then sprinkle the remaining sugar over them.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours and 15 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Avoid lifting the lid during cooking.
Notes
For best results, ensure the blueberries are fresh and properly rinsed.
Feel free to substitute other berries if desired.
Serve warm with ice cream for an extra treat.
