Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges, 1 can drained, juice reserved
  • 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
  • 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt, 2 containers
  • 8 ounces whipped cream plus more for topping, optional

Instructions

  1. In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Place the gelatin mixture in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
  3. Once chilled, whisk in the orange yogurt and the Cool Whip. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and optionally top it with dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
  5. Refrigerate until set, approximately 4 hours. If you prefer a frozen dessert, freeze for 2 hours.

Notes

For best results, chill the pie overnight before serving.
Feel free to add extra mandarin oranges on top for a fancy presentation.
This pie can also be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
