- 1 graham cracker crust
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges, 1 can drained, juice reserved
- 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
- 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt, 2 containers
- 8 ounces whipped cream plus more for topping, optional
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Place the gelatin mixture in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
- Once chilled, whisk in the orange yogurt and the Cool Whip. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and optionally top it with dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
- Refrigerate until set, approximately 4 hours. If you prefer a frozen dessert, freeze for 2 hours.
Notes
For best results, chill the pie overnight before serving.
Feel free to add extra mandarin oranges on top for a fancy presentation.
This pie can also be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
