- 2 cups fresh peaches
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Peel, pit, and slice enough peaches to make 2 cups. Transfer to a food processor. Add lemon juice and blend until pureed.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt and blend until well combined with the peach puree. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat heavy whipping cream until it reaches stiff peaks, about 5 minutes.
- Fold the peach puree mixture into the whipped cream and mix well.
- Peel, pit, and slice additional desired peaches for layering.
- Layer ice cream in a large loaf pan, alternating with additional peach slices if desired.
- Freeze overnight.
Notes
Ensure the peaches are ripe for the best flavor.
For a richer taste, use additional sweetened condensed milk if desired.
This ice cream can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks.
