Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 4 oz silver tequila or white tequila
  • 4 oz triple sec
  • juice of ½ lime plus more for rimming the glass
  • ¼ maple syrup
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • sugar for the rim
  • ¼ cup club soda
  • lime wheels and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the edge of your glass and dip it into sugar to rim it. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and maple syrup.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth, adjusting the sweetness with more syrup if desired and thinning it with club soda if too thick.
  4. Pour the blended mix into your rimmed glass, adding a splash of club soda on top if desired.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaves.

Notes

Add more maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.
For a twist, substitute maple syrup with honey.
Use fresh lime for a more vibrant flavor.
