Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled
Instructions
- Combine the frozen blueberries, banana, and vanilla yogurt in a blender.
- Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth, adding a small amount of liquid if needed to achieve a smooth consistency.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4-inch of space at the top.
- Cover the molds with foil or the provided lids and insert popsicle sticks into each.
- Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze until solid, which will take at least 3 hours.
- To release the popsicles, briefly dip the molds in warm water and gently pull on the sticks.
Notes
For a sweeter popsicle, you can add honey or maple syrup to taste.
Experiment with other fruit combinations for different flavors!
If using fresh blueberries, make sure they’re ripe for the best flavor.
