- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 5- oz can water chestnuts chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- Place ground pork in the slow cooker and crumble it using a spatula or wooden spoon.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the mixture over the pork in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours until the pork is fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Stir everything to combine the flavors well.
- Serve the pork filling using lettuce leaves as wraps.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, consider adding diced bell peppers or carrots to the filling.
Adjust the level of chili garlic sauce according to your heat preference.
These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for a quick meal.
