- 28 oz. kielbasa, sliced about 1.5 inches thick
- 1 lb. red potatoes, cubed about an inch thick
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 tbsp. cajun seasoning (or creole)
Instructions
- Place the cut potatoes on one side of the slow cooker.
- Add the sliced kielbasa to the center of the slow cooker.
- Put the trimmed green beans on the opposite side.
- Drizzle honey mustard over all ingredients, using as much as preferred.
- Cut the butter into small cubes; place half on the potatoes and half on the green beans.
- Sprinkle cajun seasoning over the mixture, adjusting to taste.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
Notes
This dish can be customized with other vegetables if desired.
For extra flavor, consider adding more cajun seasoning or spices of your choice.
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
