- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup of beer
Instructions
- In a non-reactive saucepan, combine yellow mustard, dijon mustard, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, liquid smoke, dark brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, and beer. Whisk until smooth.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over low heat and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Allow the sauce to cool to room temperature before transferring to an airtight glass container. Refrigerate for up to 1 month.

For a spicier kick, increase the amount of hot sauce.
