- 1 burrito size flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- cinnamon & sugar, optional
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle blueberries over half of the tortilla. Fold the other half over and press it down lightly.
- Spread 1/2 tbsp softened butter on one side of the quesadilla, flip it and spread the remaining 1/2 tbsp butter on the other side. Optional: Generously sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the buttered sides.
- Place the quesadilla on a skillet over medium heat and grill each side until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, look for flavored cream cheese varieties.
Adjust the butter and topping amounts based on your preferences.
