- 4 large fresh peaches
- 6 tsp butter
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce, optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and prepare a 9 x 9 pan with non-stick spray.
- Halve the peaches and remove the pits, arranging them cut-side up in the prepared pan.
- Place 3/4 tsp of butter in the center of each peach half.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the peaches.
- Bake the peaches in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
- Serve warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less brown sugar.
Feel free to experiment with different toppings like nuts or whipped cream.
These baked peaches can be served warm or at room temperature.
