Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. bone-in pork chops
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 ½ cups apple butter
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops into the slow cooker, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  2. Spoon the apple butter over the pork chops evenly.
  3. Layer the sliced onion and apples on top of the pork chops, then drizzle with apple cider vinegar.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or on LOW for 7 hours without lifting the lid during cooking.
