- 1 lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 32 oz. mushrooms (chopped)
- 8 green onions (sliced, divided)
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Toasted baguette slices
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker, setting aside a couple tablespoons of green onions for garnish.
- Mix thoroughly, cover the slow cooker, and cook on high for 2 hours.
- Once cooked, stir well, garnish with reserved green onions, and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of bacon based on your preference for a stronger flavor.
For a vegetarian option, you can omit the bacon or replace it with a meat substitute.
Serve with various dips like tortilla chips or fresh vegetable sticks for variety.
